3. SMS Text Messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on any of our forms (booking, contact, or fleet inquiry) when providing your phone number, you opt in to receive transactional text messages from Detail Doctor about your appointments and service. We use these messages for appointment confirmations, reminders, “on my way” notifications, balance reminders, and post-service follow-ups. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS broadcasts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent records are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. The categories of personal information collected when you opt in (your name and mobile number) are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above.
