Mobile aviation-grade detailing for Citation Latitude/Longitude, Hawker, Challenger 350, Gulfstream G150/G280 — corporate and charter aircraft.
Charter and corporate midsize jets see heavy use. Cabin wear accumulates fast. International ramps sometimes wash with the wrong products. We restore the full aircraft.
Service specs
Midsize and super-midsize jets are the workhorses of business aviation — Citation Latitude/Longitude, Hawker 800/850/900, Challenger 350/605, Gulfstream G150/G280, Embraer Praetor 500/600. They fly almost every day for charter operators, weekly for corporate fleets. The cabin sees real wear: leather develops sit-marks, carpet picks up wine and coffee stains, the lavatory smells if not maintained, and the galley shows fingerprint and food residue. The exterior collects high-altitude bug strikes, exhaust stains from PW305 or HTF7000 engines, and ramp grime from FBOs around the country (and sometimes the world). When the aircraft comes home for an annual or pre-charter prep, owners want it restored to a level that justifies the $3,000-5,000 hourly charter rate. We deliver that.
Midsize jets often pick up paint damage at foreign FBOs where ramp staff have used the wrong products. Acrylic windshields wiped with standard glass cleaner show light crazing on multiple aircraft we've seen — we can polish out light crazing but not deep. Cabin leather on corporate jets is high-grade hide that needs proper conditioning, not just wiping. Lavatories smell because the holding tank gets ignored — we coordinate pump-out and treatment. Galleys with espresso machines, microwaves, and ovens accumulate residue. Every surface needs the right product. We also work around mission timing — a charter aircraft typically needs the detail done overnight so it's ready for the next morning's departure.
Texas reality check. Corporate midsize jets at SAT, Stinson, and Houston Hobby are a regular fixture. South Texas charter operators fly to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Eastern US. Aircraft pick up bug strikes flying out of Mexico City, exhaust stains over long missions, and cabin wear from constant passenger turnover. Aspen and Telluride trips for owner-flown aircraft are also common — heavy mountain bug strikes and high-altitude residue on the belly.
Walk-around with chief pilot or maintenance — scope, mission turn-around timing, any items off-limits.
Mask pitot/static/AOA/TAT, antennas, radome, fueling ports.
Engine inlet covers fitted.
Static wick survey — note bent or missing for pilot.
Leading edges with high-altitude bug strike: aviation-grade remover, dwelled, hand-wiped, multi-pass if needed.
Heavy belly degrease — midsize jets accumulate significant exhaust stain over a month of flying.
Dry wash inside hangars, wet wash on FBO ramps with drains.
Hand-polish painted surfaces — paint correction passes available for foreign-FBO scuffing.
Polished aluminum brightwork (cowl rings, leading-edge wear strips on some Hawkers).
Acrylic windshield and side windows: Plexus only. Light crazing polish-out available as separate service.
Cabin: full leather conditioning (multi-pass), wood veneer or stone-look surface care, carpet shampoo, cabinet polish, plated hardware.
Lavatory: deep clean, deodorize, holding tank coordination with FBO pump-out service.
Galley: espresso machine descaling, oven interior, microwave, fridge, sink drain, countertop sanitize.
Avionics screen-safe cleaning (Garmin G5000, Collins Pro Line Fusion, Honeywell Primus Epic).
Final walk with chief pilot, photo log, all masking removed.
Every item on this list runs on every midsize jets job. No upsells at the door.

Yes — overnight turnaround details are a regular request. We arrive at 6-8 PM, work through the night with a two-person crew if needed, and have the aircraft ready for morning departure. Add 20-30% over standard pricing for after-hours.
Light crazing — yes, with a multi-step plexi polish (Novus, MicroMesh, then Plexus seal). Deep crazing or pitting from years of glass cleaner abuse is irreversible and requires windshield replacement. We assess first and tell you what's recoverable.
Multi-pass conditioning we handle on every detail. Heavy restoration — re-dyeing worn leather panels, treating deep cracking — we coordinate with a leather restoration specialist. We do the cleaning and conditioning side; specialists do the re-dye work.
We deep clean the lavatory interior — toilet, sink, mirror, cabinetry. The holding tank pump-out itself we coordinate with your FBO or a specialist. We don't pump the tank ourselves (it's a separate service) but we make sure the rest of the lavatory is spotless.
SAT corporate hangars (Texas Jet, Cutter Aviation, Million Air, Atlantic Aviation), Stinson FBO and tenant hangars, Boerne Stage tenant hangars, and any FBO that allows third-party detailing. We coordinate access in advance.
A standard exterior + interior on a Citation Latitude or Hawker 800 runs 10-12 hours. A heavily-worn Challenger 350 with paint correction and full cabin restoration runs 12-14 hours, often split across two days.
Standard exterior + interior on a Citation XLS or Hawker 800 starts at $2,500. Full restoration on a Challenger 350 with paint correction, cabin leather work, and lavatory/galley deep clean runs $3,500-4,500. PreBuy detailing can reach $5,000.
