Service specs · Fair Oaks Ranch
Fair Oaks Ranch sits just east of Boerne with bigger lots, longer driveways, and the kind of multi-vehicle households where the boat lives next to the Class A and the kids' jet skis. We work Fair Oaks driveways for full fleet maintenance — and we coordinate with Boerne Stage hangars five minutes away for owners with aircraft.
Owner profile. Fair Oaks Ranch homes mix equestrian properties with luxury family residences. Family wakesurf boats, Class A and Class C motorhomes for vacation use, plus a strong owner-pilot fleet flying out of Boerne Stage and Bulverde Airpark.
A truck camper is a self-contained RV that drops into the bed of a pickup. Slide it in, tie down four corners, drive anywhere your truck can drive. They're the choice for hunters who want to overnight at the lease, dispersed campers who want to go where trailers can't, and overlanders who put a Northern Lite on a Tundra and drive into Big Bend. They take a beating — gravel road dust, tie-down rub on the bed rails, propane tank exposure, and the cab-over bunk that sits over the truck cab. Most local detailers won't touch them because they're awkward to access (especially when still in the truck bed) and the cab-over is a steep climb. We do them all.

Yes — Hill Country Retreat is one of our regular resort stops in Fair Oaks Ranch. We bring our own water and power and work around resort rules and neighbors. Other Fair Oaks Ranch resorts and storage yards are also part of our route.
Yes — we work around the truck. We use a ladder to access the cab-over and roof, and we hand-wash the underbody from the sides where it's exposed. If you'd prefer the camper on jacks, that's fine too — we can work either way.
Yes — every detail includes a tie-down inspection. We look for fiberglass wear at the four corner anchor points, stress cracking around the anchors, and abrasion on the truck bed rails. Anything concerning gets photographed and flagged.
Yes — we set up the camper if needed, clean the canvas or hardshell pop-up, treat the gaskets, and reproof any fabric panels. Pop-up campers have unique seam care needs and we treat them appropriately.
Yes. Caliche dust and Texas backcountry dirt come off with the right pre-soak and pressure rinse. Off-road underbody degrease is an add-on if the chassis is heavily caked.
We service home driveways, storage yards, and most local RV parks. For remote ranch service (Brackettville, Cotulla, Carrizo Springs), we'll travel with a minimum job size. Call to discuss.
A standard exterior + interior on a Lance 825 or Northern Lite 8-11 starts at $400. A larger Eagle Cap 1165 or Arctic Fox 1140 with heavy oxidation runs $600-800. Add ceramic coating or pop-up canvas reproof and it pushes to $900.
Same care, every job. We come to your Fair Oaks Ranch driveway, dock, hangar, or storage site.
