The walk-around
Before we pack up, we walk the vehicle with you. Interior, exterior, headlights, whatever was on the plan. You look at it under our lights, not squinting in the driveway. If anything is not to your standard, we handle it right then.
You approve, then you pay
Payment happens after you have seen the result, never before. Your quote was set before we started, so the number at the end is the number you already agreed to. If we found something extra during the diagnosis (pet hair that needed a deeper extraction, say), we told you and got your okay before doing it. No surprises on the invoice.
Pay however is easiest for you
We take all of it:

- Cash
Most customers tap the link or send a Cash App while we are loading the van. It takes about thirty seconds.
About the deposit
Online bookings hold your slot with a small deposit that comes off your total. It is non-refundable if you cancel, because a booked slot is a day we turned someone else away for. If we ever have to cancel on you and cannot reschedule, you get it back, no questions.
After
You will get a text a little later asking how it went. If we earned five stars, a Google review is the single most helpful thing you can do for a small local business. If we did not, tell us first and we will make it right.
